Angus Energy Plc, a conventional oil and gas production and development company, is pleased to announce that following the Company RNS of 16 December 2016, Angus Energy has received final regulatory approval from the Oil and Gas Authority (“OGA”) for its previously disclosed agreement to acquire Terrain Energy Limited’s 10% interest in Brockham Oil Field PL235.
The now completed acquisition increases Angus Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary, Angus Energy Weald Basin No.3 Limited’s ( “AWB” or the “Operator”) interest in the PL235 production license to 65%.
