**Anglo Asian Mining PLC** (“Anglo Asian” or the “Company”), the AIM-listed gold, copper and silver producer focused on Azerbaijan, asserts that the Company and its operations in Azerbaijan are unaffected by the recent international sanctions levied against the Russian state and various Russian companies and individuals.

The Company expects no material impact on its supply chain or operations due to the conflict in Ukraine, but will continue to monitor events on a regular basis.
