Amazing AI plc has appointed Rosenblatt Law Limited as its new legal advisers as it prepares to pursue defamation and legal damages claims against Thomas John Zacchaeus Winnifrith and Share Prophets Ltd. The company’s chief executive has also instructed Rosenblatt in a separate, personal legal action.
The announcement comes as the company’s shares were temporarily suspended from trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange, following the sudden resignation of its AQSE Corporate Adviser, Guild Financial Advisory Limited, which stepped down without prior notice.
Under Aquis rules, the loss of its corporate adviser automatically triggered the trading suspension. Amazing AI said it is now actively engaging with potential replacements and is working to appoint a new adviser as quickly as possible in order to restore trading.
The company added that it remains focused on resolving both its regulatory position and the legal action, and will provide further updates as developments unfold.

Resignation of AQSE Corporate Adviser and Temporary Suspension
AAI announces that Guild Financial Advisory Limited has resigned as our AQSE Corporate Adviser without providing any notice period. As there wasn’t any notice period provided, AQSE temporarily suspended the Company’s shares from trading on the Growth Market Apex Segment of the Aquis Stock Exchange (“AQSE”) ahead of market open on 26 November 2025 as it is an AQSE listing requirement for companies to maintain an AQSE Corporate Adviser at all times. The Company is in discussions with multiple parties to appoint a replacement AQSE Corporate Adviser as soon as practicable in order to have the suspension lifted and will update the market in due course.
