Alkemy Capital Investments PLC has announced a series of key appointments to support the development of its flagship Tees Valley Lithium (TVL) project.
The company confirmed that Gardiner & Theobald LLP (G&T) has been appointed to provide project management services, while also acting as Principal Designer under CDM regulations. This appointment will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project’s safe and efficient delivery as it advances towards construction.
In addition, Gemma Cooper has been named Chief Commercial Officer, effective 1 September 2025. Alkemy also revealed that a Chief Operating Officer has been appointed to strengthen operational leadership, with further details to be announced at the formal commencement of their role.
These appointments mark a significant step in enhancing TVL’s leadership and delivery capacity as the project moves through its Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) study and prepares for a Final Investment Decision (FID).
