Alien Metals Limited announced that West Coast Silver has begun Phase 2 diamond drilling at the Elizabeth Hill Silver Project as of October 10, 2025.
The program will comprise approximately 14 diamond drill holes, totalling around 1,300 metres, designed to confirm shallow high-grade silver mineralisation and to test deeper targets. An additional air core drilling program of about 3,000 metres is scheduled to start in early November, focusing on near-mine anomalies.
Historical underground drilling highlights include:
-
UGD084: 2m @ 1,995 g/t Ag within 6m @ 705 g/t Ag
-
UGD085: 23,304 ppm Ni, 6,013 ppm Cu, 1,078 ppm Pb, 4,104 ppm Zn, and 50 ppm Ag
Alien Metals retains a 30% free-carried interest in the Elizabeth Hill Silver Project.
Belinda Murray, Executive Director of Alien, commented:
“We are delighted to see West Coast Silver accelerating the next phase of drilling at Elizabeth Hill. The decision to bring forward the programme demonstrates the strong technical and continued operational momentum at the project following the exceptional silver grades achieved earlier this year.
“This campaign builds on the first phase results and is another key step in advancing the Elizabeth Hill Project toward defining the extent of the high-grade silver system. Alien retains a 30% free-carried interest and continues to benefit from the value being unlocked through this systematic exploration effort.”
