**Alien Metals Ltd (AIM:UFO),** a global minerals exploration and development Company, is pleased to update shareholders of director dealing in relation to a managed sell down of Artemis Resources’ holding in Alien Metals Plc on the 7th November 2022.

**Roderick (“Rod”) McIllree, Chairman,** purchased 28,571,429 shares in Alien Metals Plc. Accordingly Rod now holds 78,571,429 Shares in the Company representing 1.55% of the Company’s issued share capital. **Daniel Smith, non-executive director** also purchased 2,017,715 shares and thereby holds 2,017,715 Shares in the Company representing 0.04% of the Company’s issued share capital with **Troy Whittaker, CEO** of Iron Ore Company of Australia (“IOCA”) the Company’s 100% owned subsidiary, purchasing 7,142,858 shares and **Bradley Toms, UFO’s Exploration Manager**, purchasing 1,614,286 shares. The balance went to existing shareholders of Alien Metals plc

The shares were purchased from Artemis Resources Ltd who have sold a total of £500,500 (143,000,000 shares) and thereby now hold 215,617,818 shares representing 4.26% of the Company’s issued share capital. The process was managed by WH Ireland at a price of £0.0035 per share.
