GreenTech Metals Receives Shareholder Approval For Munni Munni Project Acquisition
Alien Metals Limited (AIM: UFO), a minerals exploration and development company, is pleased to report that its proposed joint venture partner, GreenTech Metals Limited (ASX: GRE), has announced the results of the General Meeting held today, where shareholders approved the acquisition of a 70 per cent. Interest in the Munni Munni Platinum-Palladium-Copper-Nickel Project.
GreenTech and Alien are progressing the final administrative processes to enable conclusion of the transaction, and a further announcement will be made in due course.
