AAOG announces that it has received notice of a potential claim from Askell Limited (“Askell”), an energy advisory firm.
Askell’s alleged claim relates to the Company’s aborted efforts to acquire the Tunisian assets of MedCo.
AAOG believes the Askell claim is without merit and the Company intends to defend the claim vigorously.
