Pri0r1ty Extends Premier League Deal and Adds Vox Voice Agent

Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC (AIM: PR1, OTC: PRIAF) has renewed and expanded its agreement with a leading Premier League club, extending the relationship into a third season.

Through its Halfspace business, Pri0r1ty will continue supporting the club’s match-day sales activity during the 2026-27 Premier League season, using its Compass ID data platform to improve marketing targeting and customer acquisition.

Key Headlines of the Deal:

●     Continued utilisation of Compass ID, one of the Group’s core data management products – Driving increased efficiency in marketing spend by using engagement data gathered by Compass ID to improve targeting and customer acquisition that helps to drive growth in match day sales revenues. Historical return on investment (revenue versus ad spend) in previous seasons has been over x14.

●     Subscription and consultancy revenues – Under the terms of this agreement, Halfspace will receive SaaS-based revenues for Compass ID and Vox equating to £30k per annum. In addition, Halfspace will receive annual consultancy fees of approximately £40k over the course of the 2026-27 premier league season to assist the client in maximising the use of the Compass ID data for its marketing and sales operations. The fees outlined may increase subject to marketing performance.

●     The Premier League club extends the product subscription to include Pri0r1ty’s voice agent product – Vox – to automate and improve scalability of outbound sales operations for match-day hospitality products targeting leads across the client’s database on a 3-month trial basis.

●     2026-27 represents the third season of the relationship – The agreement rolls on a quarterly basis in line with client’s budget variations depending on performance and fixtures during the Premier League season, and demonstrates the cross-selling potential of the Pri0r1ty products across technology operations for premier league and sporting clients.

The company said historical return on advertising spend generated through the platform has exceeded 14 times.

Under the renewed agreement, Halfspace will receive around £30,000 per year in SaaS revenue from Compass ID and Vox, alongside approximately £40,000 in annual consultancy fees, with scope for fees to increase depending on marketing performance.

The club has also expanded the relationship to include Vox, Pri0r1ty’s AI voice agent, which will be trialled for three months to automate outbound sales for match-day hospitality products.

Chief executive Rory Maxwell said the renewal demonstrated the value of Halfspace’s data offering and highlighted the group’s ability to increase customer spend through a combination of software subscriptions, consultancy and cross-selling additional products.

The agreement will continue on a quarterly rolling basis, reflecting the club’s changing budgets, fixtures and performance during the season.
