PULSAR HELIUM ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDER INTEREST
Pulsar Helium Inc. (AIM: PLSR, TSXV: PLSR, OTCQB: PSRHF) was notified of a disposition on May 8, 2026, of 33,875 common shares and 5,000,000 units (with each such unit comprising one common share in the Company (“Common Share”) and one non-transferable Common Share forward purchase right), controlled by ABCrescent Cooperatief U.A. (“ABC”), a significant shareholder of the Company (the “Disposition”).
ABC has advised the Company that following the Disposition (and on the basis the forward purchase rights are not exercised), ABC exercises control or direction over, directly or indirectly, 8,245,000 Common Shares, representing 4.40% of the Company’s issued and outstanding Common Shares.
