Strategic Minerals Reports Positive Metallurgical Results from Redmoor Project

Strategic Minerals plc (AIM: SML; USOTC: SMCDF) has provided an update on its Redmoor Tungsten-Tin-Copper Project, confirming the completion of two additional drill holes, CRD039 and CRD040, both of which successfully intersected the full thickness of the Sheeted Vein System (SVS).

The company reported strong progress in metallurgical studies, with Stage 1 testwork delivering encouraging results. Preliminary data indicates a mass recovery to flotation feed of approximately 43.9%, alongside impressive stage metal recoveries of 94.3% tungsten, 95.6% tin, and 90.7% copper.

Strategic Minerals noted that updated metal prices and improved recovery rates are expected to enhance project economics, with final metallurgical outputs and an updated economic assessment anticipated by the end of Q1 2026.

The company said the results further support the potential of Redmoor as a strategically significant polymetallic project, contributing to the secure supply of critical minerals in the UK and globally.
