Imara Gold Plc formerly Caracal Gold Plc – Name Change and New Ticker Symbol

Imara Gold Plc — formerly Caracal Gold Plc — has announced a change of corporate name, effective immediately. The company’s ticker symbol will also change to IGLD, reflecting the new identity.

The name change was officially registered with Companies House on 8 October 2025. The company confirmed that its ISIN and SEDOL identifiers remain unchanged, and that existing share certificates remain valid. Any new share certificates issued will reflect the new company name.

The rebranding will also be applied across all operating subsidiaries in East Africa, aligning the group under the Imara Gold banner.

The company’s current website will continue to operate temporarily, with a new corporate website set to launch shortly. A further announcement will be made to confirm the new site’s debut.

The current Company website www.caracalgold.com will continue to be updated until the new website is published and a further announcement will confirm its launch.
