Premier African Minerals Limited (“Premier” or the “Company”), announces that following a number of requests from shareholders ahead of Premier’s 2024 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) that will be held at the Croft, 87 Main Road, Blue Hills 1685, Midrand, South Africa at 13:00 (BST) on 8 April 2024, that the Company will hold a Question and Answer session on Saturday 30 March 2024 at 09h30 (BST) (“Shareholder Q&A”).
