Change of name to Shuka Minerals Plc and new corporate website
The Company is pleased to announce that it has changed its name from Edenville Energy Plc to Shuka Minerals Plc. The Company confirms that the name change will take effect at 8:00 a.m. (BST) today.
The new name will be reflected by the London Stock Exchange and the Company’s London Stock Exchange market ticker will change to ‘SKA’. The Company’s ISIN (GB00BN47NP32) and SEDOL (BN47NP3) will remain unchanged.
In order to reflect the Company’s new name, the Company’s website address (including investor relations content and the information required by AIM Rule 26) will change to www.shukaminerals.com with effect from 8:00 a.m. (BST) today.
Shareholder documents of title will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates issued will bear the new name, Shuka Minerals plc.
